Sarah Bayliss is a registered nutritional therapist. She runs a private practice specializing in metabolic health, energy management and stress resilience. She works with clients one-to-one and designs and facilitates group programs and workshops. Sarah started her career in marketing in London. After getting close to a burnout, she became fascinated by the effects of lifestyle on the body, mind, and soul. She then moved to Bristol to restart her career in health. Sarah's mission is simple: to help people enhance their health.
