Description

Is there anyone who does not want to be successful? Everyone desires and works to be an achiever in whatever field he or she is but in reality, how many of those really taste success. What is wrong, why success eludes them, is there something wrong with their approach or they lack sincerity or knowledge or merits? Reasons can be many but none can explain it appropriately. The definition of 'success' is different for different people. Some link it with 'Money ', others may associate it with 'Power and authority', and few may attach it with 'Fame' irrespective of the amount of money they earn. For some 'contentment in life' is their success. But one thing is certain that whatever type of success one believes in, he has to define his goal and the right path very clearly. To be Successful, you have to 'manage' your actions, your thoughts, your handling different situations and the people, your dreams and vision for your future goals. You have to work on many fronts to improve your personality, behaviour, communication, knowledge, professional, administrative and managerial skills, expertise and analytical power to turn the tides to your favour. If you know the forthcoming perils, you plan your strategy accordingly to overcome the hurdles so the 'success' and 'professional management' go hand in hand. Management is not just streamlining your plans, business and actions but is an 'aptitude' that you have to develop with right 'attitude'. An aptitude with right attitude is more than enough that you require to become a successful manager. There are people who have blurred idea of 'Administration' and the 'Management'. 'Administration' deals with the accomplishment of the task with the use of power within the strict regime of discipline, protocols, procedures and rules and regulations with little or no scope for creative freedom while 'Management' deals with smile and co-operation of people to use their full potentials and creative mind within the prescribed framework with a flexible humane approach that ultimately brings benefits to the organizations. The book 'Write your own success story' in two parts is a comprehensive attempt to prepare you with an aptitude developed with right attitude to face various problems, issues and situations that infringe in your flawless success story. The first part of the book 'Write your own success story-1, ' 'You & your Personality' deals with the understanding and knowledge of traits that shape your personality to face different situations, people, success and failures and strategize your future outlook. A flawed personality may lend you to successive failures even when you acquire the best of intelligence, knowledge and experience. While an impressive personality is an asset to derive success, it is not all. Lack of management skills, whether in business or profession, may lead to a road block to achieve desired success. 'Be a great Leader', the second part of the book 'Write your own success story-2' not only helps you to embellish your personality but also arms you with skills to efficiently manage an organization or a business house, to deal with different people at different levels of professional hierarchy with tips for efficient human resource, financial, material and marketing management. It is not only the success you achieve that matters but also the 'happiness' you derive out of it. There are examples that many successful people are really not happy in their life. With the result, they fail to enjoy the fruits of their labor and lead the life of a depressed. The highlight of the book is 'Mantra for success and happiness', as without happiness, success is meaningless. If your success creates an aura of happiness around you, it not only provides contentment to you but also gives your dear ones a reason to smile. Thus it makes the book 'Write your own success story' an important tool for your successful.
