Gardiner John A.: John A. Gardiner is Associate Professor of Political Science, State University of New York, Stony Brook. He received his Ph.D. from Harvard University in 1966, and served as a consultant to the President's Commission on Law Enforcement and Administration of Justice in 1966-67.
