Discoverability is what The Book Catapult is all about - helping you find those great reads that you might not find shopping a big box store or while at the mercy of a large website's algorithm. In the spirit of that discoverability, every third Sunday of each month The Book Catapult hosts Coffee with the Catapult - an informal discussion about what's new in the world of lit, lead by our book buyer & co-owner, Seth. We discuss new titles we think will surprise you, books our staff has loved, reads that you won't find in most places. Plus free coffee and a 20% discount off all books discussed for those in attendance!
Our next Coffee with the Catapult will be on Sunday, May 20 at 11:30AM.
On the afternoon following Coffee this month, we're hosting a very special, super cool event that I hope you'll come check out. Local band The Parker Meridien will be filming a demo video for NPR's Tiny Desk concert series. (Here are The Roots on Tiny Desk.) Start time that day is yet to be determined, but we'll have more information coming soon. Just mark your calendar for May 20th as "Book Catapult: All Day" because it's going to be amazing.
